Presentation of Catalonia International at the Model United Nations meeting in Barcelona

Organized by university students, it welcomes 160 participants from all over the world

The fifth edition of MUNSA, an international university meeting that recreates the model of the United Nations, opened today at the Ciutadella Campus of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. For four days, the Barcelona hosts welcome around 160 students from all over the world, of more than 25 different nationalities, who will participate in conferences, debates, working groups and plenary sessions, simulating the functioning of the United Nations.

Catalonia International has been invited to participate in the opening ceremony. Martí Estruch Axmacher, Director of Communication and Press, presented the Consortium and its main actions and lines of work. He also referred to the growing importance of regions in international relations, both in Europe and globally, and pointed out some characteristics and future trends.
