Privacy: personal data protection policy

PCM-DIPLOCAT guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data that is provided in compliance with the current regulations. The data requested will be that which is strictly necessary, appropriate and pertinent for the end for which it is collected and will be subject to automatic processing.

Personal data is entered into an automated file whose holder is PCM-DIPLOCAT for a specific aim in each case.

Management of procurement dossiers and agreements To manage PCM-DIPLOCAT's procurement dossiers and agreements. Mission carried out in the public interest in accordance with Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on public procurement contracts. The data may be communicated to the Tax Administration, public registers, data processors who provide, on behalf of the data controller, ICT services and others for the removal, transfer, storage, consultation and destruction of administrative documentation.

Some data will be incorporated into the file Public procurement management, for which the Technical Secretariat of the Public Procurement Advisory Board.

Some data may be published as part of the obligations arising from the application of Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.
