DIPLOCAT takes part in the Plenary of the Catalonia Abroad Council

It's the third regular meeting of this Catalan Government's advisory body

DIPLOCAT took part this afternoon in the third ordinary meeting of the Plenary of the Catalonia Abroad Council, chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Union, Meritxell Serret, who was accompanied by the Director General of Catalonia Abroad, Rafel Caballeria.

DIPLOCAT has a seat in the Catalonia Abroad Council, an advisory and collegial body that advises the Government on policies to be carried out related to ​​the Catalan Communities Abroad. In the course of the Plenary, the conclusions reached by the various working committees were presented.

Jordi Arrufat, DIPLOCAT project manager, informed about the #BooksAndRoses international campaign for 2024. Arrufat asked the entities present to send comments and suggestions to improve the project. He also reminded that DIPLOCAT regularly publishes monitoring reports on social media conversations about Catalonia and DIPLOCAT's member entities abroad. The information included may be relevant to design collaboration strategies between the Catalan Communities Abroad and the member entities of the consortium.

The next Plenary of the Catalonia Abroad Council will take place at the end of 2024.
